About

Kristofer Adelaide Architecture is a London based studio formed in 2017.

KA—A have an excellent record of obtaining difficult planning consents and delivering projects across London and the South East. These consents have varied from small extensions and alterations in conservation areas, through to new build and multi-unit schemes. Our clients have been a mixture of private residential and medium scale developer led schemes and delivery projects.

An expert team

The team comprises of chartered RIBA members and ARB registered architects experience in residential schemes of all scales, and Architectural Assistants, a BIM coordinator and Architectural Designers. KAA is a member of the London Architects Group.

Good Planning Record

We are proud to be able to say that we have a good record at successful applications, which can be attributed to our rigorous pre-planning process. We ensure that all relevant consultants are appointed at an early stage, and insist on a pre-application process on all but the most straightforward of applications.

Comprehensive approach

KA—A strive to fully understand the client requirements and deliver to the highest quality standards, proposing the most cost effective, yet striking, products and work with all consultants, contractors and developers to achieve the goals from the outset.

Our approach

KAA utilise all modern methods of design. We can work in 2D output and 3D software. We are BIM capable and work to BIM level 2 in REVIT and are Autocad proficient. We also present our work through sketching and physical models. Our preference to work in 3D and BIM has helped to ensure our workflow with other disciplines are seamless and clash detection can be done earlier on in the design process.
