KA—A's challenge was to marry the idea of terraced and semi detached housing and not the pastiche of the 1930 houses next door. The richness of the Elers Road elevations is that they changed with the era that they were built.
West — To the west of the site are the backs of shops lining Northfields Avenue. This is a vibrant street scape with a local florist, butcher, bakery and restaurants. Northfields Avenue connects West Ealing to the A3/M3 corridor and has a selection of buses towards Brentford, Ealing, Hanwell, and Acton.
East — Elers Road, a mix of 1900 - 1950 residential properties. The characters of the houses are predominantly pitched frontages and most properties have taken advantage of the high pitches and created loft spaces in the roof.
South — Beyond the residential corridor lies Lamas Park. A very well used park by the locals offering tennis courts, netball and ample green space to have picnics and play games.
