A feasibility study for a derelict infill site wedged at the rear of several gardens. Most as far as 18-20 meters, give the site opportunity with clever design to go up to 4 stories. To create several one, two and three bed units with inset terraces so not to overlook gardens on the lower levels. This was a conceptual design for an ambitious client looking to maximise the number of units on the site.
